About Kate
I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic A-Level Maths student who enjoys helping others learn and build confidence in their abilities. I understand the importance of developing strong foundations and finding ways to make Maths easier to understand. I aim to create a relaxed and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I am approachable, reliable and keen to help younger students achieve their goals and reach their full potential in Maths. I also offer the tutoring through the medium of Welsh.

My tutoring sessions are designed to be fun, engaging and supportive, helping students build confidence in Maths while improving their understanding. I explain topics clearly, breaking problems down into simple, manageable steps, and adapt my teaching to suit each student's needs and ability. Lessons will include working through examples together and practising questions to help students develop their skills and feel more confident working independently.
I offer tutoring for GCSE Maths students and younger pupils, helping them strengthen their understanding, practise key skills and prepare for exams.

Kate is a very excellent and patient teacher. She helped me with various topics during maths GSCE and was very understanding and has an amazing structured way of explaining things in much simpler terms. I would highly recommend her as a tutor.
