About Amanda
I am a certified wellness coach, equine-assisted learning practitioner, and restorative yoga instructor passionate about helping people slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with their bodies. My approach focuses on gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support overall well-being. I create a welcoming and supportive environment for beginners and experienced students alike. In addition to yoga, I have experience working in wellness and nature-based settings, helping clients build balance, resilience, and healthy habits that support both physical and mental health.
