About Ana Sofía
I have a degree in Administration from ITAM, I came to yoga at 18 due to an injury and I fell in love, then I sought to become certified as an instructor to be able to share what I am passionate about and that I have helped myself so much these years.

At first I like to emphasize alignment, this because you can get injured if you do not do the postures taking care of the joints.It means that yoga is for life! Then, depending on the perseverance of the student and his progress, I like to introduce more challenging postures that transform the mind and body and maintain fun in all classes. I like to close my classes with postures assisted by accessories (cushions, books, blankets) that facilitate relaxation.
