About Vela
I am an ESL tutor with 9+ years of experience teaching high school and college students, dedicated to helping learners develop fluency, confidence, and strong academic performance. I teach ESL using a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning that inspires students to think independently and express themselves confidently.
Communication is central to my lessons. I incorporate discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises to strengthen fluency, comprehension, and real-life communication skills. Compassion ensures lessons are personalized for each student’s pace and learning style, offering guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
Problem-solving is embedded through scenario-based exercises, practical challenges, and analytical tasks, helping learners apply English skills logically and effectively.
