About Leo
I am an experienced English tutor with 4 years of teaching High School and College students. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with more than 150 students, helping them improve their language skills and achieve their academic goals. My teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong foundation in communication, critical thinking, and creative expression. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to meet individual needs, making sure they feel supported and motivated. My approach includes a mix of interactive activities, discussions, and practical exercises that make learning engaging and fun. I have helped many students improve their grades, develop stronger writing and speaking skills, and build confidence in their abilities. Whether it's mastering grammar, expanding vocabulary, or preparing for exams, I am dedicated to helping my students succeed in their English studies.

My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for all my students. I believe in the power of **communication** and encourage open conversations to build confidence in speaking, writing, reading, and listening. I use **empathy** to understand each student’s individual needs, ensuring lessons are tailored to their pace and learning style. By promoting **problem-solving** techniques, I help students overcome challenges in grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. I encourage **creativity** in writing and speaking tasks to keep lessons fun and engaging. My **flexibility** allows me to adapt to students' progress and interests, covering essential areas like phonetics, vocabulary, and business English. This methodology helps students not only learn English but also develop a genuine passion for the language.
