Master's in Mechanical Engineering. Teaching over 100 students per time and one-on-one for over seven years. Over 20 years of work in different industries. I have supervised students' University projects. Some of my students have won grants to start businesses. My teaching method is simple. Step 1) Understand student academic and career goals and plans by discussing with student and parent. Step 2) Understand what the student knows about the subject matter by tests and questioning. Based on information gathered in Step 1) and 2) then step 3) Design a Curriculum

Perfect! Adedayo has surpassed all of my expectations for a tutor. We are in a custody battle which has led to my stepson having to cancel and reschedule sessions with little short notice. Adedayo has been exceptionally patient and flexible with our situation. He genuinely cares about his students and loves his job. He even sent our son a text on his birthday!
