About Deandra
I will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2019 and currently have a 3.8 GPA. I am a Registered Behaviour Technician so I am skilled in working with children with Autism and disabilities. I volunteer as a tutor in the library a couple times a week.

I adjust my sessions to each individual as I understand that every student is unique in their learning abilities, pace, and preferred structure. I firmly believe in guiding students and challenging them to seek out their own answers and attempt every solution first before being influenced by the tutor. This gives the student a chance to think creatively and it also gives me, the tutor, the opportunity to better understand the student's critical thinking and processing style.
