About Kristian

The solid experience I’ve accrued over the years goes beyond the private one-on-one sessions I’ve successfully conducted. It also includes 1.5 years working as a math tutor at the Kumon Learning Center, where I was responsible not only for grading papers, but also for teaching elementary and middle school students before being promoted to teach high school students as well.

About the lesson

Tired of feeling like you've spent hours and hours going over the same math homework with little to show for it? Or maybe you thought you got it all down, but when the test rolls around, the grades say otherwise? Well, look no further. My name is Kristian Gandy, a senior electrical engineering student at Texas A&M with a knack for explaining math concepts at all levels and helping kids see the big picture, so they know what they're working towards and don't get lost in the tiny details, ensuring consistent and stellar performance. A typical lesson plan will include a handful of challenging problems that test the learner's understanding of concepts and foster growth in shorter, more impactful sessions. If you're K-12 and looking for help in math, look no further!
