About Roshan

I am a university student at NYU Stern with a strong academic background in mathematics and physics. I completed the IB Diploma Programme, earning a 7 in both Mathematics AA HL and Physics HL. Having experienced challenging high school coursework firsthand, I understand the areas students often struggle with and how to approach them effectively. I enjoy breaking down complex ideas, explaining the reasoning behind formulas, and helping others develop the confidence to solve problems independently. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping every student reach their academic potential.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's learning style, current level, and academic goals. Having achieved a 7 in IB Mathematics AA HL and IB Physics HL, I understand both the conceptual foundations and problem-solving techniques needed to excel in high school mathematics and physics. I focus on breaking down difficult concepts into simple, logical steps, working through examples together, and building confidence through guided practice. Whether you're strengthening your fundamentals, preparing for exams, or aiming for top grades, my goal is to help you understand the material rather than simply memorize formulas.
