About Mokgafi
I am a 65 year old female academic. My highest qualification is a Ph D degree in Educational Management. My career spans about 20 years in the Student Development department in the higher education sector. I rendered training to students in the area of the holistic development of youth with the main emphasis on Woman leadership development. My Masters dessettation focuses on the preparation of students leadership skills before entering university in the university and beyond the university I.e, at the work place.

My teaching method is, after introducing the topic of the lesson, with a brief discription of what the topic is about, I involve the students by asking for their contributions and/or what they understand or know about the topic. Depending on the outcome of this stage, I would usually break the class into smaller groups, give them topics to ponder on and discuss and decide on a presenter. After a set time the groups will then give their presentation and the whole class then join the discussion by giving criticism and I then give guidance and direction.
