About Tupou
I am a teacher by profession in the field of Language/Literature. I have also worked in the Ministry of Education, Fiji as an Education Officer and a Senior Education Officer. At present I am the Vice Principal in a renowned secondary school in Fiji, Marist Brothers High School which has a total roll of 843 students from Year 9 - I am a 46 year ole female woman of Fijian descent with 21 years of work experience.
I have a Diploma in Education, a Bachelors degree in Education/Lang/Lit. Postgraduate Diploma in Education and a Masters in Education. I have taught English in Year 9 - Year 13 and have also provided tutoring class in English for Year 10, Year 12 and Year 13 students. These tutoring classes have helped students to better their examination results, in addition have provided more knowledge of the lesson to students.

I approach my lessons depending on the academic caliber of students which normally begins with a clear introduction of myself and then the students introduce themselves. To gauge the competency level of English, I refer to the students performance in the previous class and design a grammar or writing test to check on students knowledge in the area of Language and Grammar skills.
