About Clara
I was naturally anxious, hypersensitive with very fragile health.
Different stages of life led me to go to India in search of finding an answer to my ailments.
Ayurveda and Yoga have been part of my daily life and have allowed me to understand that the answers are inside and not outside.
All this path of practice and spiritual, brings me confidence, awakening, benevolence, and puts me on the path to taking care.
I continue to train myself over time, in order to support you as best as possible and because learning is an integral part of my personal and spiritual development. [N ]

The teaching method that I propose is based on traditional Indian practice, which I adapt as closely as possible to your current needs.
I share with you the fundamentals of the philosophy of Yoga in order to bring you consistency in your practice, and to avoid entering into a performance register.
The framework of a typical course includes:
- Warm-ups
- Salutation
- Standing postures , sitting and on the floor
- Relaxation
- Breathing
- Meditation
Lighten your body and mind by practicing yoga, in the idea of moving forward in your life in a fair and aligned.
I help women to live well with their female cycles, who have a pregnancy project and who want to prepare well physically and spiritually.
And then I accompany you during your pregnancy with in particular many adapted meditations. If you need support, to connect with your baby, to maintain your body and your health or other things that we can discuss, welcome to you!
Taking care of yourself is also taking care future generations.

Prof de yoga très à l'écoute
Clara a été une de mes enseignantes pendant mon TTC 200 heures en Inde.
Elle est d'une grande douceur et à l'écoute de ses élèves. Aujourd'hui dans les cours que je donne en Hatha Yoga, une grande partie vient de ce que j'ai appris avec elle. Il est évident que Clara m'a inspiré et donné envie d'aller plus loin dans l'apprentissage du yoga mais pas seulement !
