About Sharda
Namaste. I am Sharda Raja, a dedicated practitioner and teacher of traditional yoga with over 15 years of experience helping individuals cultivate physical well-being, mental balance, and lasting lifestyle transformation through authentic yogic practices.
I am an alumna of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), Bengaluru, one of India's most respected institutions for yoga education and research. My teaching is rooted in the traditional principles of yoga, complemented by my expertise in Yin Yoga, enabling me to offer practices that range from energizing and restorative to deeply therapeutic, depending on each student's needs.
Over the past 15+ years, I have had the privilege of guiding more than 200 students on their yoga journey. Many began as complete beginners, while some have continued their practice to become certified yoga instructors themselves—a testament to the depth and sustainability of the learning experience.
