The purpose is to learn to cultivate a sense of calm and clarity amidst the chaos of everyday life. I will guide you through a series of gentle yet powerful yoga postures, and breathwork techniques, all aimed at soothing your mind and restoring harmony within.
If you find yourself constantly hunched over a desk or suffer from neck and back pain due to poor posture, I will help you develop an awareness of your body and guide you in correcting your posture, alleviating the discomfort caused by long hours of sitting.
