About Arnab

Goethe-Institut Kolkata certified German language tutor with a Master’s degree from RWTH Aachen University, one of Germany’s top technical universities. With 8 years of teaching experience, I specialize in providing structured and effective German instruction tailored to each student’s needs.

Having completed my postgraduate studies in Germany, I bring authentic language proficiency and a deep understanding of the German academic environment. My CEFR Levels (for reference):

A1 Level: You can communicate in a simple manner if the person you are speaking to speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to help.

A2 Level: You can communicate in a simple manner on familiar topics if the person you are speaking to speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to help.

B1 Level: You can deal with most situations likely to arise while traveling in the German-speaking area. You can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest. You can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Whether you are a complete beginner or aiming to reach higher levels for studies, work, or everyday life in Germany, I am here to support you with full commitment and encouragement.

About the lesson

The way I teach, one can understand and use familiar, everyday expressions and very simple sentences, which relate to the satisfying of concrete needs. Can introduce him/herself and others as well as ask others about themselves – e.g. where they live, who they know and what they own – and can respond to questions of this nature.
