About APORAJITA
Passionate Yoga Practitioner & Mindfulness Guide
Hello! My name is Aporajita, and I am a dedicated yoga practitioner, competitor, and mindfulness enthusiast. Yoga has been an integral part of my life for years, helping me build physical strength, flexibility, and—most importantly—unshakable mental clarity.
As someone who recently finished my high school board exams and deeply understands the pressure of intense academic competition and long study hours, I discovered firsthand how transformative a daily routine of yoga, breathing exercises (Pranayama), and meditation can be. It became my ultimate tool to manage stress, beat fatigue, and maintain sharp focus.
My journey with yoga is rooted in both disciplined personal practice and competitive experience. This background has given me a deep appreciation for correct posture alignment, breath control, and the true philosophy of holistic wellness.
I chose to start teaching because I want to share these life-changing benefits with others. Whether you are a student dealing with exam stress, a beginner trying to touch your toes for the first time, or someone looking to find a pocket of peace in a hectic daily schedule, I am here to support you.
