About Silvia
I am a 31-year-old Venezuelan immigrant who migrated to Canada due to the unstable government. I moved to Canada knowing little English. With determination, I got through high school and undergrad at the University of Alberta. Now, I have an M.Ed in Teaching English as a Second Language and I am certified under TESL Canada.

Since I am a second language learner, I know a significant number of issues that tend to arise when learning English. I like to teach in an interactive way that also focuses on grammatical forms.
