About Hazel
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga alliance in January 2022. I have been taking private clients ever since but I have been practicing yoga for many years. When I got to high school it was the only thing that kept me from having severe back pain and also helped with my stress and anxiety from school. As the years went by I studied and practiced yoga more and more eventually realizing that it was my passion and something I loved sharing with those around me. It guided my deeper connection with myself in body, mind and spirit. I hope that everyone I teach leaves their mat feeling better and more grounded than they did before. I want my to encourage my students to bring their practice not only to the mat but in every aspect of their life as well.

I tailor each lesson based on the students level of skill and what they want to achieve from their practice. Whether that be for fitness, flexibility or a more intimate connection with themselves. I adjust poses to meet student wherever they are at.
Using breath work with a variety of movements and poses to help students connect with their body, mind, and spirit. I want to leave my students confident and encouraged to continue their journey. With lasting effects on their relationship with themselves and others.
