I am an mechanical engineer who has 3 years work experience in Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd (R&D) and in Robert Bosch Pvt Ltd. I started my teaching now since I don't want to be debtor to my teachers who shares their knowledge with me expecting that it would manifolds muliple times. Now starting doing the process.

Simple methodology I love to follow is " start from the scratch". Focusing on process not on result. Not to teach only for marks or grades. A good teacher doesn't teach what is right and wrong, he/she will make the student think what is right and wrong. Now I want to follow the same.
