I do group work as this helps other children interact and come out of their shells and also makes them more expressive.
Flip classroom is also part of the methodology I apply in delivering my lessons as it gives pupils prior knowledge of the topic.
I also encourage cooperative learning as no one is an island of knowledge coupled with close supervision.
