About Cam
My Sankalpa: (A truth you live by) “I exist to spread love” My name is Cam, I am 200hr Yoga Teacher Certified (via Yoga Alliance, trained at CorePower Yoga). I teach breathwork techniques, Vinyasa and restorative yoga. Inclusivity and providing a safe space for all is very important for me while I guide you alongside your yoga journey.

I am 200hr certified and love to teach Vinyasa and restorative yoga to all. I’m trained in physical assists (optional), alignment cues, physical demos, verbal cues, visual cues, and breathwork so you can learn at your own pace and feel secure within your practice. The energy I hope to foster for all students is a space where you can ground yourself, discover, take up space, and find connection within your mind, body, and spirit.
