About Natali Kim

I have a Master of Arts Degree in English from WSU, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the U of U, including a current Utah Professional Education License in both Elementary Education and Secondary Education. I also have Highly Qualified endorsements in English and History as well as an endorsement in English as a Second Language. My History endorsement includes 25 hours of Graduate Seminar History Courses. I was a participant in DSD H.U.B. (History Underscores Belief 2006 - 2008) Grant which provided superior professional development courses taught by WSU History professors, extensive field trips to historic sites throughout the United States, writing and presenting research papers to professors and colleagues. My teaching experience includes Elementary classes (1 - 6), ELD/ESL classes (K - 8/Adults), English 7/8, English 11/12, Honors English 11/12 and Assistant Debate Coach. Additionally, I have taught college courses, including, CSS 101 (College Success Strategies/Psychology of Motivation), ENG 101 (Intro to College Writing), ENG 105 (English Writing Fundamentals), ENG 223 (Interpersonal Comm), ENGL 1010 (Intro to College Writing), SFL 315 (Effective Writing and Presenting) and Concurrent Enrollment ENGL 1010, HIST 1700 (American History), USU 1320 (Humanities - Western Civ) and HIS 220 (American Civilization). Throughout my career, I have continued my education through professional development classes, teaching seminars, and graduate level courses. I am an example of a lifelong learner who embraces every opportunity to teach and learn from others.
