About Ivana

Hi, my name is Ivana and as a Yoga teacher, I am able to manage a large number of classes, and I can personalize my lessons according to the degree of preparation of the students and their attitudes. In addition, I adapt to every need, I am full of resources, and I manage to have excellent interpersonal relationships with my students. Even before I certified myself as a yoga teacher, I started my career collaborating with schools, centers and many other realities in the island of Lanzarote, where I have lived in recent years. I mainly dealt with the organization of yoga courses and lessons for beginners and experts. I then moved to Italy, where I currently live, continuing with the teaching of Yoga I was able to pursue new goals with a satisfactory response. I consider myself a sensitive person and capable of understanding everyone's needs. I believe I have excellent communication and relationship skills.

About the lesson

As regards the teaching of Yoga, as well as the existence of different styles of the same, it is necessary to consider the personalization of the lesson by the teacher on the basis of various criteria. On a personal level, my teaching methodology does not follow very precise or pre-established rules nor at least they are found as part of pre-established schemes but on people, on students. My lessons are shaped by the students, intercepting their needs, physical and mental needs over time.
