I show students skills. I also explain information. I plan their lessons before they teach. Planning takes a lot of time.
I always stick on to the basics, so coming from the scratch gives keen understanding on the concept.
I try to make their lessons easy to understand. I teach things in different ways so that different students can learn in the way that is easiest for them. I might use a chalkboard, a projector, or a computer. I also plan the schedule for the day.
I also assign homework and class projects. When students are not doing as well as they should, I help them.
