About Aliyah
Hi, I’m Aliyah! I’m a friendly and enthusiastic tutor who genuinely enjoys helping others learn. I’m approachable, patient and always happy to explain things in different ways until they make sense.
I have always enjoyed Maths and Chemistry and understand that these subjects can sometimes feel overwhelming. I want my students to feel comfortable, supported and confident throughout their learning. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading, travelling and getting involved in volunteering and community activities. I’m also someone who values organisation, communication and creating a positive experience for the people I work with.

I offer friendly and personalised GCSE Maths and Chemistry lessons tailored to each student’s individual needs. I break difficult topics into simple, manageable steps using clear explanations, worked examples, practice questions and exam-style questions.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long and are suitable for GCSE students of different abilities, whether you need help understanding a difficult topic, preparing for exams or building confidence. I achieved Grade 7s in both GCSE Maths and Chemistry. My aim is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes and making steady progress.
