I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 19+ years of experience teaching high school and college students, specialising in personalised learning that fosters fluency, confidence, and academic achievement. My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, level, and learning style, combining grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking instruction with interactive activities and practical examples.

My ESL teaching methodology is guided by the principles of Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. I believe that learning a language is most effective when students are actively engaged and encouraged to explore ideas. Through creative activities like storytelling, role-plays, and real-world projects, students build confidence in using English while expanding their imagination.
Communication is emphasised through interactive discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that develop speaking, listening, and comprehension skills. Compassion is at the heart of my teaching; I personalise lessons to match each student’s learning style and pace, providing encouragement, guidance, and support throughout the journey.
Problem-solving is integrated into lessons using scenario-based exercises, critical thinking challenges, and practical activities that allow students to apply language skills in meaningful contexts. Beyond ESL, I incorporate related subjects such as reading comprehension, academic writing, and vocabulary enrichment, helping students become well-rounded learners.
