About Diddy
Hi everyone, my name is Diddy Daddy, and I’m studying at Flinders University in Adelaide to become a yoga teacher. I’ve always been passionate about health, mindfulness, and helping others feel their best. Yoga has taught me how to stay calm, focused, and strong, both in body and mind. I want to teach because I love inspiring others to find balance in their lives and to believe in themselves. My goal is to help my students grow, build confidence, and discover the peace and strength that yoga can bring.

I’m learning about anatomy, meditation, and the philosophy behind yoga, as well as how to teach different styles to people of all ages. The supportive community and wellness-focused programs at Flinders help me grow both personally and professionally. My goal is to help others find balance, strength, and calm through yoga, and studying here is giving me the skills and confidence to do that.
