I met victor during my degree programme.Have known him for the past 7 years to be a maths guru. He's a graduate of Electronics and Electrical Engineering .That year,he used to help me out with my maths work and I excelled in my class. He has taught in a college for over 5 years now and he's good at what he's doing. I recommend him because he's a very serious minded person, consistent in whatever he does, especially with his mathematics teaching.
