About Valentina
I am a student (eighth semester) of the Bachelor of Modern Languages with an emphasis in English and French from the Javeriana University. I am C1 in English and B2 in French. Currently, I am doing an internship, and I have offered classes and tutoring sessions for the past year, which is why I have experience with all ages (kids, teenagers and adults). I know that approaching the language can be difficult, but it is an enriching and fun opportunity; and although English is a requirement for many situations nowadays, it is also a tool for personal growth.

My teaching method is based on knowing the student, his strengths and abilities that need more effort. From there, I seek to find a way to bring the student closer to the language, taking into account the personality of the student, in order to generate a bond of taste rather than necessity. English can be learned in playful and meaningful ways, without the need to make it tedious, so that the learner sees the opportunity to identify it and use it in his daily life. Of course there must also be times for constant evaluation and more precise revisions.
