About Spencer

I am going into my junior year of college, and over that time I have learned the important difference that a teacher can make in someone's life whether they are old or young. Sticking to the research and focusing on the well-being of your students above all else can change their lives for the better. As an educator that is my purpose, to better the lives of those I teach no matter the format. I am a geek who loves DnD, video games, graphic novels, art in most forms, and about anything sci-fi I can get my hands on. I hope that I can make a difference in your life through the growth of knowledge the way others have made a difference in mine.

About the lesson

In my lessons we will begin by simply attempting to tackle some problems given what you know to begin with. Once that is done and we go through the challenges you encountered, what you may have remembered, and what you know how to do but simply cannot remember how you are supposed to do it. After doing a few different kinds of problem sets and going through this systematic process, I will create a personalized lesson plan based on what you need to work on, but also including what you are good at as a reminder that anything feels impossible when you only work on your shortcomings. Throughout these lessons we will take occasional quizzes to monitor progress which also allows you to see how far you've come since our first lessons.

Spencer would be a very trustworthy tutor because he is very good with kids and teens, and helping them believe that they are capable of things, even when no one else seems to think they are. He was on the Dean's list at Edinboro University, and has been given praise from lots of his professors there as well. We met our freshman year of college, and I've seen how passionate he is about teaching and helping people.
