About Alice
I have been studying German since year 7 and developed a strong passion for it in year 9. This passion continued to develop beyond GCSE into A Level, where I achieved a grade 8 and an A* respectively. I then decided to pursue this even further by studying German and History at university. I achieved 70% (First Class) in German Language in my first year. Over the course of my studies, my interest in German language and culture has deepened and my confidence and ability with the language has greatly improved. I have firsthand experience with AQA German so I have a lot of tips and tricks to help make exams less daunting. I also like to create a relaxed environment in order to foster a calm approach to the language.

My lessons are aimed at GCSE students and will include all aspects of the curriculum, depending on your needs. A particular focus will be placed on German grammar as this is often where students struggle the most. The lessons will be structured, but flexible, allowing us to focus on your needs. Being a student myself, I have a strong understanding of what is needed to clearly convey knowledge and achieve top grades.
