About Kendrick
I am a caring and committed ESL tutor with 8 years of experience teaching English to High School and College students. I believe that patience, consistency, and encouragement are essential for successful learning.
I have worked with around 150–200 students over the years. One of my proudest achievements has been helping students who felt anxious about English become more confident and comfortable using the language.
My teaching approach is calm and structured. I explain topics slowly and clearly, making sure students understand before moving ahead. I focus on practice and repetition to help students gain confidence.
I value building trust with my students. I listen to their challenges and adjust lessons to support their goals. I always encourage effort and improvement, no matter how small.
Teaching ESL allows me to support students in meaningful ways. My goal is to help learners grow with confidence and clarity through strong English skills.
