I have experience training around 60 people from 6 organizations with different goals, different styles, and different values. My approach makes sure we have both the hard structure needed for any plan, and the soft build-up needed for any learning. The soft keeps you interested, and the hard improves you.

I learn fast, intensive, and aggressive. 'Hello world' to deep learning in 3 months, biology basics to computational biology (genes) in a year, I understand the key to how I could do that isn't to have the smartest heroic brain. You just need to know how your brain works. Keep asking why. Answer that why. It takes more time but it shoots you way further than you can imagine, like it did me.

About the lesson

I dislike being tutored. It is not the concept of tutoring that I disagree with, it is the constant struggle of tutors not knowing how my thinking process works, thus not answering my questions.

How.

Tell me about your goals in number (grades/scores), what you are currently performing, and then your soft goals (learning/curiosity). I lay down mutual ground for respect where we both will be on board, I then lay out for you the blueprint for your objectives.

We then see how your brain processes things - how does it look at a problem/a question, then how does it proceed, where does it get stuck, why does it get stuck. I then figure out how to get you unstuck, and how you will not get stuck again. It is a process where you don't only learn a subject, you learn how to learn.
