About Sherrine
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with Economics and a Master in Educational Management.
I have been teaching Mathematics for over 2 years, covering:
- Primary SJKC Math (Chinese or English medium)
- SPM Mathematics & Additional Mathematics
- IGCSE Mathematics (Core & Extended)
- IGCSE Additional Mathematics
I focus on helping students understand concepts, not just memorise steps. Many of my students have moved from failing to passing, and from passing to scoring.
I am patient, structured, and able to explain the same problem in different ways until it clicks.

- Identify the student's weak areas first
- Teach step-by-step problem solving methods
- Use real past year exam papers for practice
- Combine handwritten practice with online quizzes for engagement

- Size: 1-to-1 or small group (2-3 students)
- Language: English or Mandarin (student's preference)

Teacher Sherrine is super kind, patient and understanding. i've had times that i couldn't do tuition that day and she was nice enough to reschedule a day and time for me, she also gives unique quizzes and they're really fun to answer to :) moreover, she goes through terms that you dont understand until you get it. she's an overall great tutor, i recommend!
She has a lovely personality & is always willing to re explain when I need to clarify certain topics. Overall an enjoyable experience!
