About Alison

I am a passionate retired teacher who loves helping students to learn and understand Mathematics.
Learning is for life so it is very important to have a good start to accumulating knowledge.
I have great patience and can approach topics in many ways until I find the ‘key’ to your success.

About the lesson

I have enjoyed teaching Mathematics at High School level for more than 30 years.
I qualified with a PGCE Mathematics teaching in the United Kingdom but now live and teach in South Africa.
I prepare individual lessons to address the specific needs of my students and try to make each lesson fun and relevant.
I am keen to extend high achievers, but also enjoy supporting students who are struggling with the subject.
