About Yashi
Namaste! I’m Yashi, a certified yoga teacher from India with 2+ years of teaching experience in both online and offline yoga classes.
I have completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training from Bodhi School of Yoga and 300 hours of Yoga Teacher Training from Rudrayogpeeth, Rishikesh. I am also trained in Face Yoga.
My approach combines traditional yoga practices with practical, accessible routines that can fit into your everyday lifestyle.
I specialize in yoga for women's wellness, PCOS/PCOD support, hormonal health, weight management, flexibility, stress relief, meditation and face yoga.
