About Katherine
I have begun my yoga teaching career working with small groups and one on one sessions around Adelaide. I have spent time in India training and am completing my level 2 training. I have knowledge in Ayurveda and massage therapy.

My teaching philosophy is to build relationships and help students find what works best for them. I aim to guide and instruct through clear and patient explanation and allow students to find their own way into the learning that suits them. I also like to teach intuitively and use present moment awareness to guide the structure of the lessons.
