I sang a cappella with Lauren in the Nor’easters (Northeastern University) for many years! We sang the same voice part, and while I originally taught her the nuances of our arrangements, I ended up learning more from her in return! She had much more experience singing jazz than me, and was instrumental in my development of singing that style.
