About Charlotte
I've tutored more than 50 students for many years through church, youth groups, and non-profits. My students have gone from failing to A's and B's. I have a masters degree from Duke University in electrical engineering and two bachelors degrees in electrical engineering and physics, all of which require a deep knowledge of mathematics.

I love math and I want my students to love it too or at least no hate it. First I uncover the problem areas using practice problems. Then I attach the gaps in the students knowledge to connect the dots between the various math concepts. I teach with analogies, examples, and patient enthusiasm, trying many different approaches until we achieve success.
