About Jagger
I am an experienced and passionate ESL tutor with 9 years of teaching High School and College students, helping around 150–200 learners improve their English proficiency. My teaching philosophy is centred on student growth, confidence, and practical application of language skills.
I believe that students learn best when they are actively involved, so I use interactive methods such as conversations, role plays, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging. I also focus on creating a positive and comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to participate and learn from their mistakes.
I adapt my teaching style based on each student’s goals and learning preferences. One of my proud achievements is helping students improve their fluency and perform well academically. I am committed to guiding students step by step and helping them reach their full potential.

My teaching methodology for ESL is based on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel engaged, motivated, and confident. I use creative teaching strategies such as storytelling, interactive exercises, real-life conversations, and role-playing to make lessons interesting and easy to understand.
I focus on building critical thinking skills by encouraging students to express their ideas, solve problems, and think independently. This helps them not only learn English but also develop important communication and reasoning skills.
As a mentor, I guide my students with patience and care. I take time to understand their learning style and adapt my methods to suit their needs. I create a supportive and friendly environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.
Accountability is an important part of my approach. I set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. I encourage students to stay disciplined and take responsibility for their learning.
Along with ESL, I also teach relevant subjects, helping students build strong academic foundations. My goal is to help students grow into confident, capable, and independent learners.
