About Joni
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 7 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have taught approximately 150–200 students, helping them enhance their English skills and achieve academic success. Teaching is more than a job for me—it is my passion.
I focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, creating lessons that are interactive, practical, and engaging. One of my proudest achievements has been helping students gain confidence in their communication skills, improve their grades, and actively participate in classroom discussions and presentations.
I adapt my teaching methods to each student’s learning style, supporting them to enjoy learning English and reach their full potential.

My ESL teaching methodology emphasises practical application, confidence-building, and steady progress. I address challenges with problem-solving techniques to clarify grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Integrity shapes my teaching philosophy, and I maintain honesty, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons to students’ pace, goals, and learning preferences. Alongside ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, academic writing, and grammar fundamentals.
