About Siranush
My yoga journey began over a decade ago, exploring the practice deeply in Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines. In the past few years, I’ve shared yoga with students both abroad and online, guiding them with mindfulness, breath awareness, and a focus on the mind as much as the body. I have trained extensively and hold multiple certifications, including RYS 300+ and 250+ hour Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga teacher trainings, Hatha and Yin Yoga (RYT 200), Kids Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, and meditation teacher trainings. Traveling and meditation inspire me to bring presence and creativity into every class, making each session meaningful and enjoyable.

Russian
In my lessons, I guide children and adults through yoga in a way that is engaging, structured, and mindful. Each class usually starts with breathing exercises, followed by gentle warm-ups and asanas.
Meditation can be included either at the beginning or during Shavasana at the end. I focus on helping students develop strength, clarity, and balance while encouraging attention, calm, and confidence.
What sets my teaching apart is my international experience and patient, adaptable approach, making every class enjoyable, meaningful, and empowering.
