Anyone can lead you through a yoga sequence, but as a medical graduate in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), I understand how every single posture impacts your physiology, nervous system, and joint mechanics. My classes bridge ancient yogic wisdom with modern medical science.
