About Sean

Academically a mechanical engineer drawn to engaging in teaching opportunists. From math labs to private tutoring and participation in professional coaching and knowledge sharing. The keys to success are finding the right combination of preparation and creative practical analogy to assist learners through the journey.

About the lesson

Teaching others first requires some level of practical mastery of the subject matter. It also requires an open heart to connect with individuals to see what the most successful knowledge retention methodologies are to use. Having the ability to demonstratively take a learner to different perspectives of the topic (i.e. from the bottom, from the left, from the front, etc.) enables a more rapid development of understanding what you're learning and why. Followed up with rigorous commitment to the process and doing exercises solidifies concepts into hardwired knowledge based skill sets which are then used to feel the success of passing assessments and achieving course completions.
