I know Lexi since 2014, she was my first teacher for Ashtanga yoga. I immediately fall in love with her teachings, she is fully present during the practice, giving personalized guidance to each according to their level and also to the state of the body and mind of the people for that day. Sometimes she brings a piece of wisdom to the class either reminding us of simple things or read some messges to us that speaks to the subconscious mind. She is providing great guidance based on her deep knowledge and long practice in Yoga and Fitness, always ready to guide for alternative moves or encouraging us to go a bit deeper into the practice. She does it with such grace and elegance that it feels natural and inviting. Her voice resonance creates a nice frequency, making the class pleasant calming down all troubles and tiring thoughts. I am more of a Pilates person, but Lexi made me fall in love with yoga. She offered me bespoke sessions yoga and PT with meal plan. I feel much more zen, strong,confident, focused and I sleep much better :) . I would highly recommend her.
