About Chandan
Namaste, I'm Chandan, founder of Yoga by Chandan and an RYT 500 certified yoga teacher based in Mumbai, India. In 11+ years, I have taught 20,000+ students and delivered 30,000+ sessions, including private, group, and corporate classes. I trained in Mysore under Yogacharya Bharath Shetty and Sarath Jois. My specialty is therapeutic yoga for neck, back, and desk-related pain. I love helping people move better and feel calmer through a practice designed for them.
