About SAVANNAH
Throughout all my college classes, I’ve been the kind of student who naturally helps others around me. I may not have official tutoring experience yet, but I’ve spent a lot of time tutoring classmates, explaining homework, and reviewing tough material with peers. I’ve also helped many of my siblings pass their math classes by walking them through problems step by step. I genuinely enjoy helping people understand math in a way that finally clicks. I haven’t always found math easy—I’ve struggled with it too. But through practice and persistence, I found methods and ways of thinking that made it make sense. That’s what makes me passionate about tutoring: I know what it feels like to be confused or stuck, and I know how powerful it is to finally understand. My goal is to make math feel more manageable and less intimidating for others, just like I did for myself. I take tutoring seriously, and I always aim to be professional, patient, and clear in every session. Whether you’re trying to catch up or get ahead, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build the confidence and understanding you need to succeed.

Hi! My name is Savannah Milner and I’m a recent graduate from Pima Community College’s PMBC program with an Associate’s degree. I’ve taken and earned A’s in all my math classes—from Algebra through Calculus—as well as in Physics. I’m now preparing to transfer to the University of Arizona to pursue a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering.
While I don’t have formal paid tutoring experience yet, I’ve spent a lot of time helping classmates understand tough concepts in math and physics. Whether it was breaking down calculus problems step-by-step or explaining physics homework before exams, I’ve always been the go-to person for support in class. I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and making hard subjects easier to understand.
