"Do you find yourself seeking a quiet space to settle your thoughts after a long day? Over 11 years of teaching yoga, I have guided many people through the basics of relaxation and savasana. My focus remains on stress and anxiety relief for those who feel overwhelmed by daily demands.
I share methods for sleep and wind-down routines along with meditation and mindfulness practices. You will learn injury-safe modifications for yin yoga and standing balances.
Breath control or pranayama is essential here. My background includes teaching inversions and backbends with safe progression. Silence is sometimes the loudest teacher."
