My technique is equally serious about achieving progress as it is willing to laugh and enjoy the many strange and crazy expressions that English produces — both for the listening ear and the reading eye. I provide my students with plenty of examples and demonstrations, but I likewise give them opportunities to speak, to read, and to ask questions. The best teacher-student exchanges are those in which both walk away with a sense of reward.

About the lesson

Writing and speaking English are wonderful, powerful ways of communicating, but they also require practice. We will team up and use a wide range of tools and exercises to help you advance from inquiry to interest, interest to understanding, and understanding to mastery.
