About Chelsi-lee
Namaste I'm Chelsi-lee, I have spent months in India over the years, living in ashrams and studying Yoga. I love to share what I have learned and to come together with like-minded souls, to create a safe space with positive energy, take the time out for ourselves tuning in to our bodies and to just be.

My classes vary depending on the students and I adapt accordingly, making it accessible for everyone of any age :)
I use traditional Indian techniques such as mantra, asana, pranayama and meditation and am happy to do classes on each of these individually if you are interested :)

Chelsi is an excellent teacher. She has been providing me with pregnancy yoga classes for a few months now online. She has excellent knowledge of moves and poses safe for each stage of pregnancy and also provides great explanation. In addition she has thrown in some meditation and sound bath to help me relax!
